TEAM RELAY EDITION
Limited to 12 teams of 4 people.
When: Saturday 30 August 2025
Registration: 11:00-11:30
Start: 12:00
Prize Giving: 14:00 or as soon as complete
Team Cost: R520 (team of four people)
Includes 1 x 440ml beer & finishers medal per person.
Where: Red Bridge Brewing Co - 5 Noble Street, Knysna Industria
How does it work:
Give your team an EPIC team name, DRESS the part and run the beer mile relay.
1st lap: Team Member 1
Drinks 440ml Lager. Runs 200m uphill then 200m downhill. Taps team mate.
2nd lap: Team Member 2
Drinks 440ml Golden Ale. Runs 200m uphill then 200m downhill. Taps team mate.
3rd lap: Team Member 3
Drinks 440ml Giant Pale Ale. Runs 200m uphill then 200m downhill. Taps team mate.
4th lap: Team Member 4
Drinks 440ml India Pale Ale. Runs 200m uphill then 200m downhill.
Finishes the race for the team.

RULES:
1) Strictly no under 18s may enter but your family and friends are encouraged to come support as this will be alot of fun to watch. We will have supporter tables ready on the day.
2) Team mates have to drink the 440ml beer and hold it above their head to show it is empty before starting their own lap.
3) Team mates have to tap hands at the start line to hand-over the lap.
4) If a team mate vomits during their lap, they have to do the lap again (they don't have to drink another beer though.)
5) First team to finish all 4 x beers and laps wins.
