We're an independent, family-run microbrewery — no suits, no shortcuts. The original brewery fired up in 2013, and we’ve been running the show since 2019, pouring everything into brewing bold, no-nonsense beer the way it should be made: from grain to glass, by hand. We don’t mess with preservatives or major filtration. Instead, we let gravity do the work, pulling out most of the yeast while leaving just enough behind to punch up the body and bring serious flavour. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s brewed on a proudly South African-built system. Every single batch is hands-on: from mashing the grain to carbonating our kegs — hell, we even label every can one by one. No machines, no mass production, just pure dedication.

Our name comes from Knysna’s iconic Red Bridge —
a 100-year-old legend and local hideaway where locals cycle, swim, walk their dogs, and sip sundowners. It’s got history.
